l have a microsoft98 and windows ME second edition package on a toshiba satellite 4060xcdt laptop. l've heard you can go to some store to get a picture installed, as l don't have here any printing equipment or cam gear..also l'm in Barrie, Ontario so any suggestions would be appreciated.!!A picture installed in the web site where it asks for a picture l hope i'm explaining this correctly.

I guess you could find someone who could take your photo and they could send you the photo image ( a .jpg file) as an email attachment and then you could upload it to your profile.
