There is a site www.hotornot.com - you put your picture on there you dont have to have it rated unless you want to. You then go to the meet me part and you can look through pictures of males or females in certain areas so you can look for ppl near you. If you like them you click 'yes' and you will go into their half matches then if they like you they will click yes too and you can then message them. Its a really good site, its all free and people cant talk to you until you accept them, so its very safe. Good luck.
